At GymALFA, we take pride in the durability and quality of our products. We believe our dumbbells are built to last a lifetime, but we understand that things can occasionally go wrong. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

 

If your dumbbells experience a malfunction due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue, we will replace the defective part with a new one at no additional cost.

To initiate a warranty claim, simply contact us with your name and order number, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note, a shipping/handling fee may apply.

-Modifications or alterations to the original product

-Dents, scratches 

-Damage caused by dropping the dumbbells

-Damage from improper or abusive care

 

In other words, treat your dumbbells with care, as you would any high-quality equipment, and they will serve you well for years to come. However, if something does go wrong, feel free to reach out. 

In some cases, we may still replace the item with only a shipping/handling fee applied.
